SouthEastern Pathology offers the ThinPrep liquid based Pap Tests and Hologic Corporation's Imager for a higher level of accuracy and specificity. Each slide is screened by one of our four cytotechnologists, each of whom is board-certified by the ASCP. All abnormal cases are reviewed by a pathologist.

SEP offers reflexive or concurrent HPV, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and Trichomonas testing that can be order directly from the ThinPrep vial. Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and Trichomonas can also be run off an Aptima urine tube or an Aptima swab.
